I work with is memories. I am fascinated how experiences, remembrance and narrative blends together creating a new story.
Reminiscence is a starting point, a tool and initiator for me but I am not loyal to it. I begin with recollection, I listen the intuition
and trust to let it become something else. In my work materials, working methods, touch and presence are relevant. Corporal
knowing and thinking with hands are part of an intuitive process in which a hint of something unconscious gets its shape and
becomes aware through tangible work. With my work I try to give hints to steer the viewers perception. The story behind my work
is personal but for me it is not important to pass on the personal experiences. More important is to transmit emotional impact
or a feeling of something that a person can relate to.
